Getting on the right road.
After successfully running Autofixa, a central Auckland automotive mechanical workshop, owner Peter Rust purchased Ponsonby Automotive and merged the two operations together. With the merged entity came the need for a new website.
But before we went to work on the website we took the business through our brand positioning workshop as we believed the new Ponsonby Automotive needed a clear point-of-difference from the many competitors in the local area. With this completed we created a new website with clear messaging that focused on their businesses friendly, customer-first approach, their dedication to providing safe motoring and their depth of mechanical expertise. On top of that we designed a new logo and exterior signage.
From an advertising point-of-view Peter also wanted to attract new customers. So we helped him make sense of his previously booked online advertising campaign and worked with the provider to fine-tune the online campaign moving forward.
We now work with Ponsonby Automotive under our Effective Marketing Manager service and are currently completing their advertising plan and creating a new referral programme.
Here's what Ponsonby Automotive has to say about working with us:
"We approached Right Hand Man to undertake our marketing strategy after merging two automotive workshop businesses late in 2014. They undertook a comprehensive business positioning analysis for us and subsequently developed a full marketing strategy from the ground up.
Right Hand Man has been very thorough in addressing all aspects of our marketing and advertising with attention to detail in our physical appearance, new logo, website creation, online marketing programme and customer relationships.
We have been very happy with the results and Right Hand Man has been very easy to work with, industry savvy and a very positive influence on our business. We look forward to our ongoing relationship with them."
