DEBTWORKS – A STORY OF SMALLER BEATS BIGGER
Debtworks came to Right Hand Man looking to strengthen their position within the debt collection industry. With a team of over 50 staff, they sat just behind the largest corporate collection companies. However, they believed their people and processes were superior – they just needed a way to communicate these clear advantages. And so they came to Right Hand Man.
First job? Accurately defining their key points-of-difference. And the answer was clear, Debtworks carefully consider each client’s needs and design debt collection programs tailored to the needs of the debtor and debtee. Open communication, a wealth of experience and a personal touch means that Debtworks go above and beyond the cookie cutter methods of the larger debt organisations.
Our next job was to work closely with the team to build them a new website that was fresh, modern and not to mention a site they could be proud of. We used the business positioning points of difference to write SEO conscious copy throughout the site. Plus, we made sure all of the online payment systems worked efficiently on the new platform. The result was a website they loved and they could update and change themselves.
