Progression HR
Progression HR is a specialist HR recruitment company owned and operated by two recruitment stars, Laura and Kelly. They have been with us for about 3 years now. When we first met, we completed their Business Positioning.
One opportunity they had sitting underutilised was their huge database of around 4,000 people and businesses. But Laura and Kelly could never find the time to connect with it. We recommended an Inbound Programme, as this would be an excellent way to have regular contact with both candidates and companies Progression HR has worked with.
We work collaboratively with Laura and Kelly to come up with an inbound content plan every 6 months, with a new article topic for each month (for example, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace or Work-Life Balance and so on).
We research and write the article for that month. Once Laura and Kellie approve the final draft, we post the article on the Progression HR website. We then send an eDM to the database to drive traffic to the article. This is followed up with a report on how well the eDMs and articles are performing. Laura and Kelly get plenty of interaction from their Inbound Programme and it makes sure they are top-of-mind for anyone looking for HR recruitment needs.
